Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.unclegroup.io and the purchase of eSIM data plans from UNCLE GROUP ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or buying a plan you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

• "eSIM" means a downloadable SIM profile that provides mobile data connectivity on a compatible device.
• "Plan" means a data package with a defined allowance and validity period.
• "Account" means the account you create to buy and manage eSIMs.
• "Supplier" means the third-party connectivity provider whose network your eSIM uses.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract, to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are buying for lawful purposes.

Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these Terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown on the site and are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless stated otherwise. Prices, plans and availability may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and plan details; where an obvious error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we deliver the eSIM or send confirmation.

Payment

Payment is processed by our payment provider, Allinpay (通联). By submitting an order you authorise the charge for the total shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details. If a payment is declined, charged back or reversed, we may withhold or cancel delivery of the eSIM.

eSIM delivery and activation

After successful payment we deliver your eSIM to your account and/or email, typically as a QR code or activation details. You are responsible for installing and activating the eSIM on a compatible device following the instructions provided. Validity periods generally begin on activation or first network connection, as stated on the plan, so please check the plan details before you buy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, not to resell eSIMs without our written permission, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the site or the network. You must comply with the acceptable-use rules of the underlying carrier and with the laws that apply where you use the eSIM.

Refunds and cancellations

eSIMs are digital goods delivered electronically. Because of this, we can only offer refunds for eSIMs that have not been delivered, or that are faulty and cannot be activated, provided you contact us promptly. Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, or a plan has started, it is not refundable. Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded by law.

Device compatibility

eSIMs work only on eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked devices. It is your responsibility to confirm that your device is compatible before purchase; see our Compatible Devices page for guidance. We are not responsible for a plan that cannot be used because a device is incompatible or locked.

Service availability and carrier dependence

Connectivity is provided over third-party mobile networks. Coverage, speed and availability depend on the carrier and on local conditions, and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for interruptions, throttling or limitations imposed by the underlying carrier or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for its intended purpose; you may not copy, modify or redistribute our content without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
